Free Product Upgrades - For 12 months
With any purchase of PassMark Software's products (after 1/July/2018), you will receive free software upgrades for a minimum 12 months after the purchase. For some software and firmware we are still doing free patches years after their release, but we only promise 12 months.
For purchases prior to 1/July/2018 we were only offering 6 months support.
For free upgrades, or to extend the support period, you can Login to our site to collect new keys and get new downloads. New keys are only required for major releases (e.g. V7.0 to V8.0). Minor releases don't need new keys (e.g. V7.0 to V7.1).

| MonitorTest v3.1 | Free upgrades available for all existing users of MonitorTest (V1.0 to V3.0). |
| KeyboardTest v3.0 | Free upgrades available for all existing users of KeyboardTest. (V1.0 to V2.0) |
| SoundCheck v3.0 | Free upgrades available for all existing users of SoundCheck (V1.0 to V2.0). |
| WirelessMon V4.0 | Free upgrades available for all existing users of WirelessMon (V3.0). |
| TestLog v3.0 | Free upgrades available for existing users who purchased and received TestLog v2.0 keys after 28 February 2006. |
| MemTest86 v7.0.0 | MemTest86 doesn't use license keys. If your purchase was in the last 6 months, Login to get the latest download or extend the support period. |
| Other software | Download and install the new version then re-enter your original key and user name. |
With Every Purchase of a Software Upgrade, You Will Receive:
- Free technical support via e-mail and phone for 12 months.
- Free software upgrades for 12 months after date of purchase
- Free access to new Baseline Result Files from our database as they become available (for PerformanceTest).
- Plus the removal of the initial shareware startup window, the removal of the evaluation period time restrictions and the enabling of any restricted functionality.
